FROM A SMALL BEGINNING TO A BIGGER DREAM
In 2020, I started Blue Chic with a few designs, an online page and a simple dream—to create dresses women would genuinely look forward to wearing. It began with hard work, love for every detail and the hope that my designs would find the right people.
They did. One order led to another. Customers returned, shared their photos and recommended us to friends. Every collection, message and piece of feedback helped shape Blue Chic while teaching us what women truly want from their clothes.
Today, our official website and first offline stores mark the beginning of a new chapter. From serving you through a screen to finally welcoming you in person, Blue Chic remains a dream shaped by its customers—and we are only getting started.

How long does delivery take?
Regular delivery usually takes 7–10 days after order confirmation. We’ll notify you once your parcel has been dispatched.
What if the size doesn’t fit?
Contact us within 2 days of delivery. Eligible items can be exchanged for another size, subject to stock availability and our exchange policy.
What if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery rider. Any fault or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Can I cancel a confirmed order?
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled because processing begins immediately after confirmation.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges are available only for eligible size issues or product faults under our exchange policy.
