How long will my order take?
Inside Dhaka, most orders arrive within 1–2 business days of your order being confirmed. Outside Dhaka, please allow 2–4 business days.
Every parcel ships with a tracking link sent by SMS or email the moment it leaves our warehouse — you'll always know where it is.
New drops go out every Friday. If you order during a restock, dispatch may take an extra day while we pack the rush of orders.
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address, and orders over the free-shipping threshold ship at no extra cost.
Delays can happen around holidays, extreme weather, or courier disruptions — if your order is running late, message us and we'll chase it down for you.
