What we collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect the information needed to fulfil it — your name, phone number, delivery address, and email. If you pay online, payment is processed securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
Your information is used to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to support requests, and — only if you've opted in — send you updates about new drops and offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
We use basic cookies to keep your cart working and to understand which pages are popular, so we can improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
Your choices
You can update your account details any time from My Account, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing us — we'll action it within a reasonable time, subject to what we're legally required to keep (like order records).
Questions about your data? Email us any time.
