If you have an account, you can also check your order status any time from My Account → Orders.
Orders inside Dhaka usually arrive within 1–2 business days, and 2–4 business days outside Dhaka. If tracking hasn't updated in a while or something looks off, don't wait — message us and we'll look into it right away.
